Joani Twin Lakes Adult Family Home is owned and operated by a certified nursing assistant (CNA), with an experienced registered nurse serving as our lead caregiver. We're a husband-and-wife team who live upstairs in the home — so care isn't just our profession, it's our daily life. Because we're a smaller facility, every resident gets truly personal attention.
Our adult family home is situated in the beautiful Twin Lakes neighborhood, a peaceful, family-oriented, and walking-friendly community surrounded by green belts and a nearby golf course. The neighborhood offers added comfort with 24-hour security patrol checks and a fenced setting, creating a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment for our residents.
Joani Twin Lakes Adult Family Home began with a simple belief: seniors deserve care that feels like family, not a facility. As a certified nursing assistant, I own and operate the home — and my wife, a very experienced registered nurse, serves as our lead caregiver. Together we built this home to give a small number of residents the individualized attention, clinical oversight, and warmth that larger institutions often can't provide.
We both live upstairs, so we're never more than a few steps away from our residents — day or night. Today, we continue that promise for families across Federal Way and King County, combining RN-led clinical care with the comfort and routine of a real home run by people who live here.
